It’s perhaps one of the worst kept secrets on the ITU World Triathlon Series circuit but today we’re making it official, Tom Bishop will be vying for a spot on Great Britain’s Olympic start line on our flagship road bike.
With arguably GB’s most competitive lineup to date Tom will be stating his case for selection aboard the REAP Vekta at a number of races in early 2020.
A solid 2019 has paved the way for an exciting year and we can’t wait to see Tom fulfilling his potential on the biggest stage of them all with Reap standing proudly by his side.
Reap Managing Director, Martin Meir, was full of praise for the 28 year old. “We all know what a special talent Tom is and we think our bike will give him that little bit extra he will need for a spot in Tokyo.”
“We have developed the fastest road bike on the market here in Britain and we are beyond proud to see one of Britain’s most talented triathletes pushing its limits on the world stage.”
Having raced last season on REAP’s newest wind-beater, Tom was full of praise for his new charge.
“I’ve been riding the bike for over a year and I think it’s class. Every time I jump on it, I just want to ride fast”.
We can’t wait to see Tom tearing up the ITU World Series in 2020 and wish him all the best in his bid for a place on the GB start line in Tokyo 2020.
