Not for Everyone
This bike isn't for everyone.
However, if you imagine your perfect bike as one perched perfectly on the scales at 6.8kg ready to ride with pedals, capable of slicing through the air with greater ease than most aero-specific racers, one that urges you to step out of the saddle on any incline and rides as smooth as a Rolls Royce; this bike might just be for you.
The Perfect Road Bike
Code is not an all-rounder; all-rounders are compromised. It's a new breed; a GT bike. Created for the big days across all terrains where everything matters. Aero, stiffness, weight, comfort are all under careful consideration to produce the perfect road bike.
Everything we have ever learned is being used to create this machine of perfect balance.
A Trip to Silverstone
Below, our Design Lead describes the process of wind tunnel testing a prototype including the highs and lows of development and the next step of Code's journey from here.
Your questions, answered.
When will Code be available?
Code is in its development programme now.
We've created the first prototype which we presented to the world at Rouleur Live 2025, and then used for benchmark testing in the wind tunnel at Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub in November.
We're now working through design changes using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to optimise every detail aerodynamically.
January will bring both design finalisation in CAD and composite laminate development. The final product will be launched at the end of January with the first bikes shipping March/April 2026.
We will be detailing and documenting the development process here.
What will Code cost?
Code will be available as a frameset, one of a number of build options (detailed more below), or as a completely custom commission.
The frameset cost will be £5,950 at launch. Full bike costs will begin from approximately £8,950 which will include Shimano Ultegra Di2 and Parcours Strade wheels. Custom build costs are detailed in the following section.
What build options will be available?
Every REAP is made to order.
That means we can build your bike however you wish. We have a number of pre-selected build options, and can personalise builds from those or start from scratch.
We offer both Shimano and SRAM builds, with a choice of wheelsets; Parcours, Princeton Carbon Works, Polymer Workshop, Enve, Scope and more.
We never cut corners on components like tyres or saddles. All bikes are shipped as standard with Continental GP5000 TL tyres in 28mm width and a Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonio saddle.
We can supply additional upgrades such as CeramicSpeed components for those extra gains, and can create custom options to make your bike even more personal.
What colour options will be available?
Code will be available as standard with a choice of two colour options; and yes, the 'all white everything' will be one of those options. The other option is yet to be decided and we will be running a poll with our build slot reservation riders to determine this colour.
We will have a variety of special edition liveries including clear carbon fibre options and these will be detailed at launch.
The option for custom colours and liveries is available and starts from £500.
Do I have to use the build slot straight away?
Short answer is no.
If you're not ready to take you build slot straight away, we won't cancel your slot, we'll just simply move you down the list until you are ready.
The reservation is just that; it's a reservation that ensures your name is on the list so you don't miss out when the bike is launched.
If you don't want to take the build slot when the bike is launched, we will refund your deposit. So even if the bike doesn't quite fit the bill when it is launched, there is no risk.
