We're solving a different problem to the rest of the industry. When you set out to make ten thousand of something, it limits how good you can actually make it. Imagine teams having to make ten thousand Formula 1 cars - it just doesn't work does it?

Our mission is to make the best bikes in the world, not the most. This approach provides us with a much greater scope for performance. We have more weapons at our disposal when it comes to manufacturing processes which may otherwise be too expensive, or too slow or labour-intensive. None of that matters to us, we care solely for performance.


All of our carbon-fibre parts are manufactured at our composites facility in Staffordshire; from development to manufacturing, all under one roof. We constantly explore material compositions to elicit higher levels of performance, and every part we develop is validated using our in-house testing rigs for safety and performance standards. This is performance at all costs.

THE HIGHEST GRADE

Our 'at all costs' mindset means that the material used in our frames are some of the highest quality available and by far and away the highest grades used within cycling. This ensures that every bike meets our exacting standards of strength, stiffness, and weight optimisation. These aerospace-grade materials allow us to push the limits of engineering, creating bikes that are at the forefront of what is currently achievable.

BESPOKE TOOLING

Our CNC machine centres provide us with the ability to explore new avenues for development instantaneously. Having the ability to iterate and develop at our fingertips provides a significant advantage when seeking optimal performance.

When we say everything is done in-house we mean it. We produce all of our own mould tools to ensure our bikes are embodied as designed on screen. No stone is left unturned.

HAND CRAFTED

Composites is a science by nature, but in reality it's more of a sweet science. Theory can get you so far, but experience ekes out every last droplet of performance from the process. This experience extends all the way from the top, across the engineering team with our engineers having worked on projects from the intricacies of the luxury automotive sector, to the demands of developing seven-metre long amphibious trucks. There's an element of art to composites, and our team are in-tune with what is required to sculpt the best bikes in the world.

TRIED & TESTED

The proof is in the pudding. There's little point making bold claims if you can't back them up, so we ensure to validate and quantify everything we put our name on. From fatigue and performance testing using our in-house equipment, all the way to hours and hours in the Silverstone Sports wind tunnel.
