STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR FRAMESET
The first step is choosing your frameset. Once you've chosen from the options available for each frameset, we can get the ball rolling with creating your REAP bike.
While your frameset is being manufactured in our UK factory, we'll work with you to specify the rest of the options available. For options and pricing, you can find a link to the relevant build option page in the product description of each frameset.

STEP 2: SPECIFICATION
Once you've chosen and ordered your frameset, we can begin finalising the specification with you.
By this point the production of your frameset will be well under way and we can get into the details surrounding your optimal build. This is where we can spec the finer details of cassette ratios and tyre widths etc.
Once this has been finalised, we will ask you to electronically sign a document to say that you confirm your build options before we set out building your bike ready for you to enjoy.
If you have purchased just a frameset then we will discuss paint specifications, as well as the finer details around handlebar and stem options. We can also arrange for your bike to build with your parts at REAP HQ.
STEP 3: COLLECTION OR DELIVERY
The final step of the journey to get you on the road.
Once your bike or frameset is ready for delivery we will send a payment link to settle any remaining balances from your build and invite you to come to the REAP factory to collect your bike or arrange delivery to your given address.
We will then go through our handover process, ensuring everything is clear around how the bike operates and any maintenance tips you should be aware of.
After that, you're ready to roll. We'll see you on the road.
