Vulcan is designed to not only carry you around the bike course as fast as possible, but to smooth that ride, and absorb the fatiguing road vibrations so when you run out of T2, you're as fresh as possible.
We work with every Vulcan athlete to get the perfect race day setup for them and their goals. That means we work with you to spec every detail, from chainring and crank length options, to tyre widths and wheel depth options. We have over 50 years of triathlon racing experience between us.
For 2025 onwards we have teamed up with Wattshop to marry the world's most advanced triathlon racing frameset, with the world's most advanced extension system; Wattshop's Anemoi Mk II. Standard on all builds.
We recommend athletes having a bike fit to ensure the correct setup, if they don't already have bike fit data from the past 12 months.
Spec options will be available to choose after purchase; including paint colour, and other options.
Build Options
Every part that goes onto your Vulcan is specified to your requirements. We will provide as much or as little help as you need.
We have both Shimano and SRAM build options as standard but can work to build a truly unique bike exactly to your requirements also. Whether you're shooting for the most aero or the lightest build, we've got the setup for you.
All bikes come with choice of Wattshop Anemoi MK II angles and dimensions, cassette, chainring, crank length & tyre width options, and custom paint options.

The Cervelo P5 is a monmuentally successful bike in both cycling and triathlon. But the REAP Vulcan is faster.
At the end of 2023 we took Vulcan to the Silverstone Sports wind tunnel to pit our new tri bike against one of the world's best. We came away knowing that aerodynamically, Vulcan is faster.
Fit is everything.
Vulcan has been tuned over years to ensure that REAP riders can find their perfect fit. With around 85-90% of your system drag coming from you, the rider, the importance of helping the rider be as comfortable and aero as possible can't be overstated. From our proprietary seatpost system allowing riders to vary the effective seattube angle, to our partnership with Wattshop meaning all Vulcan's now use their Anemoi Mk2 extensions. Every about Vulcan is designed to optimise your race.
