You spend so much time and energy preparing for race day. Day in, day out putting in the hard yards to get that bit closer to achieving your goals. Early morning swim sessions, late night turbos, and long runs in the rain. We know because we do it too. That's why we work just as hard to make sure all of our bikes give you the best chance of success on race day.
Your biggest challenges as a triathlete are overcoming wind resistance on the bike leg, managing your energy expenditure throughout the day and feeling as fresh as possible for as long as you can.
Vulcan is made to conquer these three challenges. Class-leading aero frame and fork, and the world's most advanced and adjustable aero cockpit allow you to achieve your optimal riding position. An arsenal of hydration and nutrition carriage systems mean that you can remain fuelled to elicit your best physiological performance. And the precision-engineered beam dissipates and absorbs fatiguing road noise, so you'll feel more comfortable leaving T2 to finish off with your best run. These all work together to make Vulcan an unrivalled triathlon machine.
Do you really want a standard bike? We don't do standard bikes - especially when you're spending what high-performance bikes cost nowadays. We invite every customer to our factory to specify every detail of their new REAP*, so you can be sure that this is the best bike in the world for you. Find more here.
Ride faster. Ride further. Achieve more on two wheels.
*Specification Sessions can be done virtually or via email, build options can be found under the gallery, further information is available here.
Price shown is for frameset only.
Product Specifications
We know this isn't the standard way of buying a bike, but there isn't a lot that is standard about a REAP.
This product is for the REAP Vulcan frameset alone. Once your order is confirmed we will then continue the process as detailed below and further explained here.
The first step of any order after confirmation is to detail all size options with you. With Vulcan this includes discussing any bike fit data you may have with you and determining the best extension height and length, and arc rest width. We recommend that all Vulcan athletes have a bike fit either prior to ordering or as part of the buying process which we can help to facilitate. We begin production of the frame and fork first and then these other size-detailed parts. After that comes paint options and finally build options (if applicable). If you have existing bike fit data we will setup your bike to these dimensions so it's ready to ride from the moment you get it.
Vulcan is available as either a full bike or a frameset. A frameset includes the frame, fork, seatpost, handlebar, extensions, arm rests, front BTA bottle cage and rear saddle-mounted bottle and tool system, brake covers, headset and DT Swiss thru-bolts.
- If you're buying a full bike, we will begin manufacturing your frameset as soon as your order is confirmed. Once we have worked with you to confirm your build specification, we will build your bike as specified and the remaining balance will be due prior to delivery or collection.
- If you're buying a frameset, we will either ship this to you when it's ready or can arrange to build the bike with your existing parts.
Each Vulcan frameset takes approximately 6-8 weeks to create from order confirmation subject to present demand, don't hesitate to ask any questions here.

More Aero than the Cervelo P5 Disc.
The Cervelo P5 is a monmuentally successful bike in both cycling and triathlon. But the REAP Vulcan is faster.
At the end of 2023 we took Vulcan to the Silverstone Sports wind tunnel to pit our new tri bike against one of the world's best. We came away knowing that aerodynamically, Vulcan is faster.
Fit is everything.
Vulcan has been tuned over years to ensure that REAP riders can find their perfect fit. With around 85-90% of your system drag coming from you, the rider, the importance of helping the rider be as comfortable and aero as possible can't be overstated. From our proprietary seatpost system allowing riders to vary the effective seattube angle, to our fully aero-integrated cockpit that comes with a choice of three extension heights each in two lengths, two baseplate options - long and short - and custom options on top. We've worked hard to ensure that every athlete can find their best fit on Vulcan.
The Vulcan Philosophy.
The Vulcan is made for speed from the second you leave T1. As a bike manufacturer, we can't help you in the swim but we can make a bike that gets you around the bike course as quickly as possible and helps keep you fresh going onto the run. Vulcan's beam is engineered to dissipate the fatiguing vibrations coming from the road to make sure you're as ready to run as possible.
Vulcan isn’t just another triathlon bike. It’s a performance system designed to help you reach your multisport goals in every way it possibly can.
Lifetime Warranty on All REAP Carbon Parts.

We even have a crash replacement policy to make sure that if your bike is damaged while training or racing, we will offer a discounted replacement cost for any carbon part. Terms and conditions apply, please find more information here.
